Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Silverline Lantern Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
