Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Redstone Timber Property Management is a Savannah property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
