Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Harborlight Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Wichita, and we need a Case Manager to lead our care planning. You would join a large organisation of about 793 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
