Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Bright North Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
