Case Manager - care planning (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Haven Property Management and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be care planning. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
