Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Foxglove Cobalt Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
