Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Silverline Timber Early Learning runs childcare centres in St. Louis caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
