Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Greenridge Wilder Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Tampa. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
