Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Rivermark Drift Civic Services is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
