Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Silverline Amber Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
