Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Harborlight Rook Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Anchorage, and we need a Case Manager to lead our care planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
