Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Bright North Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 542 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
