Case Manager - care planning (remote)

Amberfield Loom Property Management is a Anchorage property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
