Bright Logistics is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately.
