Case Manager - care planning (Raleigh, NC)

Bright Drift Civic Services is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for procurement. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
