Case Manager - care planning (Phoenix, AZ)

Westbrook Quill Civic Services supports public agencies in Phoenix with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for permits. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
