Case Manager - care planning (Orlando, FL)

Bluepeak Glen Civic Services is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for constituent requests. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
