Case Manager - care planning (Omaha, NE)

Harborlight Thistle Early Learning runs childcare centres in Omaha caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Case Manager to lead our care planning. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
