Lumen Lantern Property Management Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
