Redstone Cross Civic Services is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for public records. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
