Case Manager - care planning (Miami, FL)

Cedar Glen Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Miami, and we need a Case Manager to lead our care planning. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
