Case Manager - care planning (Miami, FL)

Nova Ivory Civic Services Partners works with county and city offices around Miami. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for public records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
