Case Manager - care planning (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Ridge Property Management and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be care planning. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
