Case Manager - care planning (Madison, WI)

Redstone Iron Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
