Case Manager - care planning (Little Rock, AR)

Lumen Willow Property Management is a Little Rock property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with unit turnovers.
