Case Manager - care planning (Little Rock, AR)

Stonegate Junction Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Little Rock. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
