Case Manager - care planning (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Loom Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be care planning. You would join a large organisation of about 442 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with school calendars. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
