Case Manager - care planning (Little Rock, AR)

Rivermark Loom Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Little Rock. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
