Case Manager - care planning (Knoxville, TN)

Stonegate Bright Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Knoxville. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for lease compliance. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease compliance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
