Silverline Granite Property Management Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 915 people based in Houston. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
