Amberfield Kestrel Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
