Case Manager - care planning (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Timber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around El Paso. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
