Case Manager - care planning (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Basin Civic Services and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be care planning. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for case files. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
