Case Manager - care planning (El Paso, TX)

Nova Timber Community Partners is a El Paso charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
