Case Manager - care planning (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Nova Fox Early Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be care planning. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
