Case Manager - care planning (Detroit, MI)

Amberfield North Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
