Case Manager - care planning (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Fox Early Learning and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be care planning. You would join a small organisation of about 181 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
