Case Manager - care planning (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Timber Property Management Partners and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be care planning. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
