Case Manager - care planning (Charlotte, NC)

Stonegate Pike Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Charlotte. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
