Case Manager - care planning (Boston, MA)

Bright Wilder Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in Boston. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
