Case Manager - care planning (Birmingham, AL)

Foxglove Quill Civic Services supports public agencies in Birmingham with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for constituent requests. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
