Case Manager - care planning (Birmingham, AL)

Ironwood Pike Property Management looks after rental homes across the Birmingham area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Birmingham, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
