Case Manager - care planning (Birmingham, AL)

Silverline Kestrel Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Birmingham, and we need a Case Manager to lead our care planning. You would join a large organisation of about 787 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
