Case Manager - care planning (Baltimore, MD)

Amberfield Corner Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Baltimore, and we need a Case Manager to lead our care planning. You would join a small organisation of about 98 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
