Case Manager - care planning (Atlanta, GA)

Harborlight Learning Group is an education provider in Atlanta serving students and families. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on care planning. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
