Case Manager - care planning (Anchorage, AK)

Highbridge Cedar Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Anchorage with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Case Manager to lead our care planning. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for permits. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
