Silverline Bright Community Partners is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on care planning for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
