Case Manager - benefits navigation (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Northwind Birch Care Services Partners and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for client records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
