Case Manager - benefits navigation (Wichita, KS)

Clearpath Lantern Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Wichita, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 247 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
