Case Manager - benefits navigation (Wichita, KS)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bridge Care Services and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a large organisation of about 371 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
